This is a 27 year old woman who wanted to have her PIP implants removed and exchanged with a slightly larger size. She also wanted her implants to be closer together for a sexier cleavage line, but she didn’t want the change to be noticeable in clothing. Her old 305cc PIP implants were removed and replaced with a soft, natural pair of moderate profile 397cc highly cohesive gel (gummy bear) silicone implants. You can see that she has better symmetry between her breasts, a larger size that fits her chest dimensions more appropriately, and less space between the implants for better cleavage. Before & After Saline to 240cc Silicone Breast Implant Revision

This is a 30 year-old woman who wore an small B-cup after getting subgladular (over the muscle) transumbilical (through the belly button) saline breast implants 5 years ago. She decided that she wanted to be a full-B cup instead, and that she wanted them to look more natural. After removing her old saline implants, she underwent submuscular (under the muscle) breast augmentation with 240cc moderate-profile smooth silicone breast implants through an inframmary incision (in the fold). You can see the amazing improvement in the size and shape of her breasts with excellent symmetry and perfect position. This is a 30 year-old woman who wore a C-cup bra after getting submuscular (under the muscle) saline breast implants 3 years ago. She decided that she wanted to be a full-D cup instead, and that she wanted them to look more natural. She had the classic “torpedo” shape with her high-profile saline implants, which are far too projecting for her very thin frame. Since she is very lean, there is not much bodyfat to soften the edge of implant, so a lower-profile implant with less projection is a better choice for a more natural slope. After removing her old implants, she underwent submuscular (under the muscle) breast augmentation with 378cc moderate-profile textured silicone breast implants through a periareolar (around the nipple) incision. You can see the amazing improvement in the size and shape of her breasts with a much more natural slope on the upper pole. They no longer look like two softballs plastered to her chest, which is not a good look by the way :) Her implants feel much softer because she chose to go with silicone, and she’s thrilled with the results!

This is a 38 year-old woman who wore a C-cup bra after getting subglaudular (over the muscle) saline breast implants 5 years ago. She decided that she wanted to be a full-D cup instead, and that she wanted them to be perkier. Her implants started sagging after her children were born, and she lost some natural breast tissue after nursing. After removing her old implants, she underwent submuscular (under the muscle) breast augmentation with 354cc moderate-profile textured silicone breast implants through a periareolar (around the nipple) incision. She also underwent a circumareolar breast lift to adjust the size and position of her areolae. You can see the improvement in  the size, position, and shape of her breasts. They look perkier, and her areola are slightly smaller, which is what she wanted. A vertical, or lollipop, breast lift would have made her even perkier, but she opted to avoid the vertical scar and settled for a lesser amount of lift in exchange for having a scar only around the nipple. Her implants feel much softer because she chose to go with silicone, and she’s thrilled with the results!
